818 Lincoln Road is an historic address that has new life. The multi-level building has a flagship store, Sephora, with additional restaurant/retail space with large outdoor terraces.
Even though it is new construction, we worked closely with Miami Beach to maximize the land while bringing back the original building’s Art Deco look and feel.
